Templates

Create Meta templates and send them any time.

Outside the 24-hour window after a customer's last message, WhatsApp only allows templates that Meta approved in advance.

Create

1. Open Templates and click Create template.
2. Name it with lowercase letters and underscores, for example order_update.
3. Pick a category: Utility (orders, bookings, reminders) or Marketing (offers, news).
4. Write the message. Use {{1}}, {{2}} for parts that change and give an example for each.
5. Submit. Meta usually decides within minutes, sometimes up to 24 hours.
