Opt-outs (STOP)

How contacts leave marketing messages.

When a contact replies STOP (or unsubscribe), WaTalkers confirms it, tags the contact wa-opted-out in GHL and never sends them marketing templates again. Replies and utility templates still work. START subscribes them again.

See and manage the list in the Opt-outs tab. Workflows can add or remove contacts with the opt-out actions.
