Welcome, away and keyword replies with no workflow fees.

• Keyword replies win first: a message that contains (or exactly matches) a word gets your reply.
• Away message outside your business hours, in your time zone.
• Welcome message when a contact writes.

Welcome and away go to each contact at most once per waiting time you set (default 24 hours). No contact gets more than 6 automatic replies in an hour, so two auto-responders can never loop.
