Get started with WaTalkers

Four steps from install to your first automated WhatsApp reply. About 10 minutes.

  1. Open WaTalkers from the left menu of your sub-account. The first screen shows what you get and the Connect button.
  2. Connect your WhatsApp number. Click Connect WhatsApp and follow Meta's official steps. Keep the WhatsApp Business app on your phone, or move the number to API only. Guide
  3. Choose how WhatsApp shows in GHL: its own channel next to SMS, or replacing SMS so your existing Send SMS steps go out on WhatsApp. Guide
  4. Automate. Turn on a welcome or away reply in the Automations tab, or add a WaTalkers action to a workflow. Guide
